STATIONERY DRIVE

During March FCIA had a stationery drive whereby we approached friends and family for donations of stationery for our schools in the Ceres region. We managed to supply Fairfield Primary, Welgemoed Primary, Matjiesrivier Primary and Errie Moller Primary (170 children) with pencil bags containing pencils, erasers, sharpeners and sweets. Additional reams of paper, scissors, glue sticks and rulers were donated to these schools as well. I will never forget the joy on the children’s faces when they received their own stationary. Something small that we take for granted makes a huge impact in these children’s lives.
